**In this Manager, Transaction Monitoring Quality Check role, you will**:

- Lead the end-to-end quality check, assurance and reporting for the Transaction Monitoring team.
- Contribute to ensuring operating rhythms are effective and support quality checks governance processes and execution for Transaction Monitoring.
- Facilitate the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics and reporting for all relevant risk forums.
- Take senior leadership responsibility and running a team of 18 direct reports.

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive working experience in a Transaction Monitoring and/or Quality Assurance role coupled with leadership and team management experience.
- Strong expertise within Transaction Monitoring and in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage, influence and work with key risk management and operational stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Highly resilient and a demonstrated ability to operate under pressure.
