**The Opportunity**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Maximising factory recovery rates and case to claim recovery rates.
- Managing Technical Service Information reports.
- Liaising with branches, factories and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims are completed within timeframe guidelines.

**Role Located: Fairfield, NSW**

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant Trade Qualification or equivalent Engineering qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Proven knowledge of heavy equipment within a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A systems savvy individual with experience in MS Office Suite.
