**Head of Marketing and Sales Operations - Iconic Hotel in Sydney**

We are offering an incredible opportunity for a **Head of Marketing and Sales Operations** to oversee all Sales and Marketing functions for a prestigious hotel in the heart of Sydney. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all sales and marketing functions to drive business growth and brand recognition
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share
- Motivate and mentor a high-performing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Work closely with senior leadership to create innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to stay ahead in the market
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels
- Collaborate with operations, events, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promotions
- Manage and optimise the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates and revenue growth
- Report on performance, budget, and ROI to the executive team
- **Proven strong sales background, ideally in the luxury hotel or hospitality sector**:

- **Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring**:

- **In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and campaign execution**:

- **Experience in managing multi-faceted sales and marketing teams**:

**Salary**:
$215,000 - $235,000, depending on experience
