About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the sales representative will play a

pivotal role in both nurturing existing client relationships and spearheading efforts to expand into new and promising markets.

In this newly created position, reporting into the Retail Sales Director and managing a team of 1-2 account managers, you will be responsible for growing private label and exclusive brands business by executing product, price and distribution strategies aligned to category and customer needs.

This position presents an exhilarating opportunity to contribute to the companys growth trajectory by tapping into untapped channels and maximizing revenue potential. Partnering closely with all major retailers on private label and exclusive brand offerings.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction,

and fostering loyalty.

Driving growth in the private label and exclusive brands channel, achieving

agreed volume and profit targets.

Identify and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets and secure new

accounts.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive

business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and capitalize

on market trends.

Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform sales strategies

and tactics.

Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance and market

insights.

Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry, particularly in

independent supermarkets and developing private label offerings.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
