**We are looking for..**
A residential building permits and council lodgement expert, you have got to have an exceptional understanding of LEP’s and DCP’s, although there is a lot more to the role, this is a vital component and is very important. You’ll spend your day providing compliance checks, reviewing 10.7 certificates, and obtaining relevant documentation for council and certifier lodgements. Dealing with different authorities, internal and external stakeholders, and just generally getting around and getting things done
