**Role Overview**:
We are expanding our team due to a new prosthesis product acquisition and are seeking talented Therapy Development Managers in NSW and QLD. You will drive the adoption and growth of our therapies through business development and case coverage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive market introduction of a new mínimally invasive treatment.
- Collaborate with Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) teams for reimbursement pathways.
- Develop knowledge of the BPH market and competitive dynamics.
- Train and support the Urology Sales Team and attend clinical procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Olympus processes, including regulatory and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Medical background with tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Operating room experience, ideally with prosthetics.
- Knowledge of Minimally Invasive Surgical Technologies in Urology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
