This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Commercial, with a focus on performance, growth, and unlocking new demand through smart, insight-led execution.
Lead end-to-end planning and performance tracking of Car and Home Insurance marketing, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth goals.Use data and funnel insights to drive quote starts, improve conversion, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape marketing strategy.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, website, email, social, and PR.Drive quarterly marketing planning and contribute to broader digital performance initiatives for Compare the Market and iSelect.
Champion a test-and-learn mindset, optimising digital journeys and continuously reviewing campaign effectiveness.Act as the key link between Commercial and Marketing, ensuring clear product messaging, smooth execution, and a strong performance-driven culture.

About you: 5+ years of experience working within the General Insurance industry, with a focus on Car and Home Insurance products.Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes within an insurance environment, including quote volume, conversion rates, and revenue performance.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to support campaign planning, performance optimisation, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and influence outcomes across departments.Familiarity with operating in regulated industries, with a strong focus on compliance and product accuracy in customer-facing material.Marketing experience, particularly in campaign planning, performance marketing, or lifecycle communications, is highly regarded but not essential.
