Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with subsidiaries operating in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

**The Role**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deepen long-term physician adoption, including responsibility for physician labs and uptake of ReActiv8 amongst training physicians.
- Utilize in-field engagement and case coverage to educate physician's and their teams on ReActiv8.
- Successfully merge both sales and clinical development initiatives into a cohesive program by developing and executing on a market development plan to achieve quarterly and annual milestones.
- Refine sales strategy and processes for new user adoption.
- Work with Therapy Managers in pipeline management.
- Utilize strong therapy and market knowledge and sales experience to manage complex sales and resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Educate internal teams and distributor partners on market access topics and the landscape, delivering thorough training programs and field engagement.
- Drive and directly support customer education initiatives to maximize understanding and adoption.
- Provide expert level clinical support through excellence in the physician arena and mastery of anatomy, pathologies, and procedures.
- Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to provide market input, competitive analysis, and feedback.
- Provide field technical support, education, training and certification to field-based teams.
- Develop and implement continuing education and necessary training for field-based teams.
- Active ownership of events, including conferences and user group meetings.
- Establish an Australian center of excellence capable of hosting mini-fellowships and/or develop a skills program to facilitate physician procedure capability.
- Fulfill all quality and regulatory competencies. Oversee AU sales team patient follow-up requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years progressive experience in medical device sales or marketing roles.
- 150 case support within Neurostimulation.
- Ability to demonstrate success in influencing behavioral change with medical and technical customers.
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
