They are in search of a hands-on Human Resources, Payroll and Administration officer to join their team based Northern NSW. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume and varied environment. **Your new role**
Reporting to the Systems & Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective management of our most critical resource, our people. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the rostering and scheduling practices, and ensure accurate information is provided to support effective payroll. Supporting the processing of payroll, you will be ensuring compliance, administration support to the finance team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your success will come from understanding the business, creating strong relationships, working collaboratively with the finance team, and assisting with the day-to-day operational activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this role, you will have proven experience similar role within a fast-paced organisation. You will have a high work ethic, attention to detail, and problem analysis and resolution skills. Previous rostering and payroll experience would be highly desirable, as well as experience with Kronos and Sage Micro pay. As an organisation, we also require all of our employees to have a current influenza vaccination. You'll need to be influential, solution focused, operate with a sense of urgency and be ready to be challenged. You will need experience with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and time management skills.
