The Crossroads cafe is a new industrial-style cafe located in the heart of St Peters. We're seeking a passionate and skilled barista/all rounder to join our team and help us create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our customers.

As a barista at The Crossroads, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, food preparation and providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You are:

  • Friendly, energetic, with a can-do attitude.
  • Experienced in specialty coffee (at least 3 years), with tenure of 1.5 years in a high-volume environment
  • Understands the dynamics of small cafe environment and able to work solo
  • Knowledgeable about coffee equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • A calm and consistent collaborator who enjoys curating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to learn - commitment to your role

Paying above the award rates for the right candidate.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
