The Mayflower Cafe in Darlinghurst and St Leonards is seeking an exceptional All Rounder with a passion for customer service and a talent for training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests
- Showcase your exceptional barista skills, crafting high-quality coffee beverages
- Train and mentor staff members, ensuring consistent service and product quality
- Document and optimize cafe systems and processes for efficiency and excellence
- Assist in all aspects of cafe operations, including order taking, payment processing, and food preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting
- Expert-level barista skills and comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Experience in training and mentoring staff members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document processes and systems clearly and concisely
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
