We are looking for energetic team members with a "can do" attitude Ideally, you will already have experience in a similar role and have strong customer service skills.

The Role

As a member of the MILLYs team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our guests, including;

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Preparing coffee and beverages
  • Preparing & presenting cakes & sandwiches
  • Communicating with the kitchen
  • Cash handling and processing sales through the till
  • Ensuring the Cafe area is clean and well maintained during your shift.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Current RSA & RCG qualifications (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in coffee making
  • Experience in short order cooking would be highly desirable
  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Be reliable, punctual and professional
  • Have a 'Can Do' attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Work well unsupervised and follow directions
  • Have strong communication skills and be exceptionally presented at all times

Shifts available from 6am to 11pm, due to the nature of this role, you must be available to work a variety of shifts covering the morning, day, night, weekends and public holidays.
