Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality. - Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue - Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts About LUCAS Restaurants: Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano.
