The Company
Company based in North Sydney area is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join dynamic & supportive firm. This is a maternity cover role for 11 months.
The Role
- Full function Accounts Payable duties
- Management of the AP inbox including Employee Expenses
- Providing feedback to branch or supplier regarding errors on invoices including approvals, supporting documents etc.
- Entering supplier invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processing employee expense claims
- Processing both domestic and international payments
- Assisting with the preparation of customer consolidated invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Reviewing the general ledger for transactional accuracy
- Maintain financial information, files and records (e.g. copies of paid invoices) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ad hoc duties
