Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Professional to join our finance team in Chatswood. This role is responsible for the end-to-end full function of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process government grants and vendor payments in a timely manner.
  • Manage over 150 monthly office lease rentals.
  • Contribute to an AP automation project.
  • Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a dedicated accounts payable role, preferably in a medium to large organisation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or other large ERP accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or related field is desirable.
