We have a variety of shifts available for Disability Support Workers working in the community and in supported independent living homes - weekdays/weekends/public holidays/ day shifts/sleep shifts/afternoon shifts.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Be committed to improving the lives of people with disability and assisting them to achieve their goals.
- Be committed and be reliable - our clients depend on you.
- Be passionate about diversity, inclusion and social participation.
- Be resilient and able to manage challenging situations.
- Be a team player and strong at building relationships.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current unrestricted WA Drivers Licence.
- Current Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate or the willingness to obtain these prior to commencing.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Have your own motor vehicle which is roadworthy, registered and insured.
- Previous experience working in Disability or Aged Care (highly desirable)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinations.
- Certificate in individualised support, disability and/or aged care (highly desirable).
- Own mobile phone.
