**What is this role about?**

The Accounts Payable Officer provides a range of financial processing services for Cuscal related entities to key stakeholders in line with Cuscal policies including, performing the day-to-day activities associated with the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and external contractor, client or regulatory or contractual payments.
- Review and verify invoices submitted for processing including perform valid tax invoice review and 3-way match
- Process payments, credit notes and refunds in compliance with financial policies, controls and procedures
- Verify vendor details and administer creation/modification of vendor accounts, monitoring accounts to ensure timely payments
- Correspond with suppliers and internal staff on invoice or account queries
- Ensure appropriate approvals and delegation of authority assigned and obtained
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Corporate Card administration
- Provide guidance to employees on invoice and PO processing, travel, cab charge and expense claim reimbursements

**About You**
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience of processing financial and accounts payable transactions
- Ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate data
- Experience performing reconciliations and calculations. Experience with Financial accounting software systems such as SAP highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
