We are looking for a Harboutown, Adelaide, Assistant Manager to join their team - you are a people comes first leader and a strong business manager. We are looking for someone who will lead by example and set high standards for CRM, constantly searching for new ways to engage and develop rapport with customers.

You will be focused on developing and upskilling your team from all things service to standards - ensuring that you recruit the right talent that complements the team strengths. You are skilled at having constructive conversations that benefit your team to achieve their personal and professional goals. You enjoy working with KPI’S and always have a goal in mind both personally and for the team.

You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.

**We imagine your background will look similar to the following**:

- Having previous experience in a CRM focused role
- You must have a strong sense of style and attention to detail
- Supervisory or management experience
- You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
