Our mission is to take care of centralised functions and support business excellence from our central Support Office, located in the heart of Broadbeach, enabling our practice partners to focus on clinical outcomes and expansion of their business network.

**About the Role**:
Assist with responding to HR enquiries and delivering an exceptional employee experience

Manage onboarding and offboarding activities including generating employment contracts and variation letters

Maintain the HRIS to ensure employee data, reports and records are up to date

Provide HRIS database support to employees

Provide administrative support relating to HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development

Provide support to the HR team with projects and tasks as required

Flexible working arrangements including WFH

**About You**:
You will have a proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for Human Resources, and are keen to be part of a healthcare organisation that is at the forefront of leading the allied health sector into an exciting future. Ideally, you will possess:
Previous experience in an HR administration role preferred, although we are open to recent HR graduates who have some administration experience

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business or similar field preferred

Experience using HRIS systems with proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

High level of attention to detail

Excellent organisational and time management skills
