**After Hours Hospital Coordinator (Grade 5)**

An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated and suitably qualified individuals to join our management team. These key roles involve ensuring the most efficient and effective operational management of The Geelong Clinic in an after-hours capacity for an afternoon position (Week 1 Saturday and Sunday).

As a senior nurse you will support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of excellent standards of evidence-based care and provide leadership, supervision and mentorship for staff and students.

**Selection Criteria**
- Registered Nurse Div. 1 or 3 with VNB/ National registration, psychiatric nursing qualifications and recent psychiatric nursing experience
- Well developed leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to plan and prioritise to meet the operational and strategic goals of the hospital
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Kronos and labour management
- Post graduate qualification in health management or working towards same advantageous

The Geelong Clinic is a 73 bed private psychiatric hospital that offers a range of inpatient, day programs and outreach services for individuals experiencing mental health problems, located on the outskirts of Geelong within close proximity to spectacular coastal attractions. The Geelong Clinic has a number of accredited Psychiatrists supported by a skilled multidisciplinary team of nursing, allied health, administration and domestic services staff. We also offer free car parking onsite and a variety of staff benefits.
