**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure smooth progression of warranty and maintenance repairs as required to achieve timely and positive outcomes for the Company and its customers.

Your duties will include:

- Contact customers and arrange to attend the property as requested to carry out or inspect defective items prior to the 90 days as required.
- Attend the property on the agreed day and carry out the agreed defects that have been identified for repair by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Coordinate trades and suppliers required to complete repairs in a cost effective and timely manner to minimise inconvenience to the customer.
- Maintain sufficient general material stock level for the vehicle and ensure it is kept in order.
- Resolve after hours emergency issues during warranty period.
- Accurately control payments made to sub-contractors and suppliers

**About You**
- Trade background, preferably carpentry with current hands-on experience
- Relevant qualifications within the Residential Building Industry with a solid understanding of current legislation
- Contractor and Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
