**You will be responsible for**
- Measuring BOQ’s using Buildsoft / Cubit software
- Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review
- Delivering accurate and timely trade break ups of documentation, appropriate trade subcontractor selection lists, liaising with subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required scope of works and programme
- You will report to the Senior Estimator that will mentor you in this role

**For you to be Successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Quantity Surveying
- At least 2- 5 years post graduate experience estimating and measuring
- An understanding of the construction process and reading construction drawings to enable accurate pricing
- Ability to accurately build up reasonable and appropriate rates with available information
- Ability to engage with subcontractors and develop loyal and ongoing relationship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and eye for detail
- Good attitude & eagerness to learn
