**Your Role: Inventory Controller**

As an Inventory Controller at Tigerlily, you will be at the heart of our supply chain management, ensuring the seamless flow of our beautiful products. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Inventory Oversight**: You will oversee our inventory and supply chain management, ensuring our products are well-stocked to meet daily distribution demands and delight our customers.
- **Meticulous Record-Keeping**: Maintain precise and updated records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- **Quality Assurance Champion**: Monitor product SKUs to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies between stock and records, ensuring our customers receive flawless items.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Develop and implement improvements to our operational procedures to maximise efficiency, optimise stock locations, and reduce operational costs.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders promptly, using data analysis to make informed decisions that prioritise our customers' needs.
- **Optimised Inbounding**: Oversee and facilitate the inbound stock process, efficiently locating items for optimal picking requirements.
- **Timely Order Fulfilment**: Monitor stock arrival schedules to ensure our orders are fulfilled promptly, delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- **Quality Control Advocate**: Track rates of accuracy from sales, returns, and defective items, ensuring top-notch quality control measures are upheld.
- **Accurate Reporting**: Prepare and generate detailed inventory reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Nurture positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, offering exceptional customer service as needed.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Forklift License**: Demonstrated proficiency in operating a forklift, ensuring the smooth movement of inventory.
- **Experience and Expertise**: A minimum of three years of related experience in wholesale, warehousing, or logistics, giving you a solid foundation to excel in this position.
- **Tech Savviness**: Proficiency with computers and standard office technology, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Cin7 Core WMS.
- **Physical Agility**: The physical ability to lift weights ranging from 10 to 25 kg, making you well-equipped to handle warehouse demands.
- **Superior Organisational Skills**: A knack for organisation, allowing you to maintain meticulous records and manage inventory with precision.
- **Effective Communication**: Strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders seamlessly.
- **Preferred Qualifications**: While not essential, a tertiary degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or a related field would be advantageous.
- **Bonus Points**: Experience with scan pick/pack procedures and technologies would be a plus.
