PM Inventory Controller

What does the job look like?

Be part of a supportive inventory team responsible for accurate stock management and smooth warehouse operations. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this role involves handling daily inventory tasks, processing returns, and working with systems such as Spectrum, SAP, and our in-house Mark platform. The position is based on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 to 10:00 PM.

Key areas:

• Use our inventory systems to keep stock records accurate and up to date.
• Help solve inventory problems quickly and make sure customer needs are met.
• Check and process returns, damaged stock, and adjustments as needed.
• Make sure all orders are checked before they leave the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all company procedures.
• Support your teammates and take part in regular team meetings and training

Are you the one?

As an Inventory Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring our site runs smoothly, accurately, and safely. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and support others in a fast-paced environment.  You can demonstrate:

• Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes and adapts quickly to change.
• Brings strong technical skills, including confidence using inventory management systems (such as Spectrum, SAP, and in-house platforms), and a high level of computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
• Remains calm and effective under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Communicates clearly, both in writing and in person.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is an advantage, but not essential.
• Motivated to contribute, learn, and support the team.
