In this entry level role, you’ll bring your enthusiasm for customer service to a range of administrative tasks. If you’re excited about making a difference and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Manage multiple responsibilities by effectively prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
- Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements by liaising with internal members and external service providers.
- Utilise a range of computer systems and software tools to complete daily administrative and operational tasks.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong communication skills to understand and assist customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self manage tasks.
- Eager to learn and support a team in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or an administration role is helpful but not required.
