We’re looking for highly organised, detail-oriented individual to step into the role of Production Assistant at NAR

Working with product for some of the coolest brands in the sporting streetwear industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the Production and Development team by coordinating aspects of the production process and ensuring the team meets critical path timelines.

This exciting and varied role will have you assisting with daily tasks related to order placements for all product collections and liaising with overseas suppliers to ensure timely communication of information required and attentive monitoring of the production orders in place.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Assisting the production team with daily admin tasks
- Assisting with raising purchase orders and running barcode reports
- Taking the lead on monitoring and updating the production tracking system on outstanding items to ensure we meet range release dates
- Owning the coordination of all incoming and outgoing packages for the production team
- Tracking samples, lab dips and strike-off submissions from suppliers
- Coordinating the sample schedule and shipping by ensuring these are distributed to major customers and the marketing agency
- Updating the production schedule when orders are shipped and tracking progress of bulk order deliveries
- Attending weekly meetings with factories and brands to ensure efficient and timely communication

**What you will bring**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in the apparel production space
- A degree or diploma in Fashion/Textile Design
- Excel skills (moderate)
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- A hands-on, team player mentality
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, multi-task and think quickly to problem-solve
- Experience using AP21 or a similar ERP system (preferred)
- Basic understanding of garment construction
