**About the role**
awpath is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Partnerships Lead, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry leading companies such as Xero, Westpac, and GoDaddy whilst immersing yourself in the wider tech and SME ecosystem. This will suit someone who has a passion for startups and is looking to break into and gain exposure to the industry.

This is a part-time position for someone who can allocate 3 working days to the company and would be ideal for a university student. This is a hybrid role.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- **Partner Enablement**: Collaborate with the Partnerships Lead to support new and ongoing partnerships with Lawpath’s network of partners including large SME companies, Startup Accelerators & VCs, Business Consultants, Accountants and more. Assist in the development and execution of our partnership strategy.
- **Operational Support**: Provide operational support to streamline partnership processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the partnerships function. This includes maintaining partner reporting and attribution in our CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (PartnerStack) and the supporting operation of our partner program.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Confident and curious attitude in building strong relationships across the business to learn about our products, technology, and people
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Bonus points if you have experience in a marketing role or another professional environment and a passion for startups
