- Provide vital support to the property and project coordination.
- Maintain and update our property database.
- Prepare comprehensive property reports.
- Foster continuous innovation and enhance existing processes.
- Facilitate effective communication with landlords and property managers.
- Handle administrative tasks and any other ad hoc duties.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on Rent Reviews, Lease Options, and Lease Expires.
- Manage contractor payments.
- Attend to urgent repairs and maintenance requests.
- Conduct routine property inspections
