**Job Description** About the Role**

Builders Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Facilitators with expertise in Plumbing and Services to deliver the CERT IV Plumbing and Services (CPC40920) to our students. **Work Up to 10.5 hours per week (2 days).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivery and Assessment of the CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services
- Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
- Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
- Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner

**Qualifications** About You**
- ** 5 or more years' experience working in Plumbing and Services Industry**:

- ** CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or equivalent qualifications**:

- ** TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment**:

- Current unrestricted Driver's License
- Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
- Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
- Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
