**About the Company**
A national mid-sized Consulting organisation based in the heart of Melbourne, with projects running nationally, is experiencing steady growth through an increase in the demand for Engagement related projects in the Victorian Local Government landscape. To supplement the specialised work their Engagement team performs, a brand new role, for Manager - Deliberative Engagement has been created. This position offers to advance your long-term career in the government advisory space, allowing you to make a positive impact on the community around you.

**The Role**
In the position of Manager Deliberative Engagement, you will make a noted contribution to the overall success of the team through the careful and strategic management of a number of projects ranging in size and complexity. You will lead community research, analysis, planning, and engagement projects and enable a voice for community audiences, particularly in areas they aren't technically an expert in. Your day-to-day work drives tangible results into the community in which you are surrounded and allows you to take pride in simplifying, highlighting, echoing the community, and consulting organisations and the community through often complex public policy and regulatory changes.

**About You**
The Manager Deliberative Engagement has a relevant Degree in Communications, Business, Arts, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields and has established some professional experience in either Local Government or a Professional Services, Consulting, Research, or Advisory firm. You have working knowledge in the areas of public policy, research, analysis and or delivery of community and or other engagement projects.
