Hays is seeking an Assurance Manager to provide high level support across a digital transformation program.

**Your new company**

You will be working with a Federal Government client who is seeking to translate business vision and strategy into effective enterprise change of legacy ICT solutions, as a means to modernise the business capabilities and offerings to the Australian public.

**Your new role**

You will provide high level strategic support to the Assistant Commissioner and Directors across program planning, reporting, governance and assurance activities. Alongside these tasks, you will need to prepare and review high-level documentation, analysis and advice. Ensuring to engage with relevant stakeholder and form excellent working relationships across the agency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have worked as an Assurance Manager previously within a Government environment working on ICT programs
- Strong experience working in digital modernisation and transformation programs before
- Present and act in a professional, agile, and politically neutral way, brining quality and integrity into everything you do.
- Have the ability to analyse and investigate current processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience at managing competing priorities and remain functional under pressure
- Have a NV1 security Clearance
- Be based in Canberra and willing to work from the office 3 days a week

**What you'll get in return**

The opportunity to have an impact within a major digital modernisation program, working on an up to 6-months contract with another extensions of up to 6-months pending client's approval.
