You will be joining a high-profile enterprise transformation program within a large federal government agency. The program is focused on modernising business capabilities and replacing legacy ICT systems, supported by robust governance and assurance frameworks. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and strategically significant.

Your new role

As the Assurance Manager, you will need an NV1 Clearance, as you will be coordinating assurance activities across four distinct lines of assurance, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. You will lead governance and reporting functions, contribute to strategic decision-making, and ensure real-time compliance and continuous improvement. This is a trusted advisor role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, impressive stakeholder engagement ability & experience, and a background in large-scale transformation or technology programs. You will be both well versed and comfortable operating in Agile environments, synthesising complex information, and influencing outcomes across senior leadership. Experience in PMO, program management, or service delivery management is highly desirable.
