We operate about 100 medical laboratories and 2,000 patient collection centres across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. Each year, we provide one in every three pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals to small and remote Australian Aboriginal communities.**Your Skills will include**:

- Excellent telephone Manner
- Ability to manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience within a similar role essential
- Previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology an advantage
- Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills Ability to work as part of a team**The roles and responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Answering in-bound telephone calls and transferring of calls across the business
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls Communicate test results to our Doctor’s, Medical Support Staff and Warfarin Patients- .**Employee benefits and wellbeing**
