- Based at our Heidelberg Laboratory, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join our professional and friendly Data Entry team.**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Maintaining our doctor database
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls
- Reconciliation of uncoded doctors
- Ad-hoc administration and clerical support as required
**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
- To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent telephone communication skills and demonstrate strong customer service abilities. You will have the ability to problem-solve effectively while maintaining clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication. Attention to detail is crucial, as is experience with data entry and sound computer skills. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Additionally, you should have a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
