With rapid development in overseas markets, LCI has become an international brand and platform for education services for overseas study. LCI is currently expanding their business and developing offices and services to cover US, Canada, South-East Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

LCI currently has 18 offices throughout the world, including offices in Sydney Australia, London UK, Auckland NZ, Shanghai China, New Delhi India, Kathmandu Nepal and offices in other South Asian countries.
LCI has been working closely with more than 3,000 prestigious overseas educational institutions and now has 90% partnership coverage of the major global education institutions including Australia, US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and Singapore. Each year, LCI serves more than 50,000 students who are aiming to study abroad.
**About the role**
- Develop regional and local partnerships with recruitment targets, and provide guidance on expected market and client services growth;
- Provide consulting services for overseas study in accordance with the standard service procedures with business partners;
- Work with Partnerships team members to identify business development opportunities with client institutions;
- Student Pipeline Management -Supervising the overall progress of student pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is clear of any inactive students, identifying any significant trends early in the Cycle to be able to capitalize on positive trends or fix issues, if any.
- Portfolio Management (Recruiters) -Identify Recruitment Partner growth opportunities and risk profile, the primary point of contact for all Key Recruitment Partners for Sales, provide prompt and clear responses to maximize the business opportunity
- Support internal teams in ensuring the smooth delivery of services;
- Serve as a point of contact as product expert in the region.
**Job Requirements**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- In-depth understanding of the international education industry markets;
- Proven capability in developing and executing operational and sales strategies and activities;
- Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales Targets;
- At least 2-year work experience in international Education area;
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
