The **Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC)** is a leading provider of counselling education in Australia. As a Course Adviser, you'll play a vital role in guiding individuals toward a future in mental health support and counselling.

As a Course Adviser, you will:

- Respond to and follow up on course enquiries
- Explain course options and study requirements
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment process
- Use sales and relationship-building techniques to meet enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate student records in our CRM system
- Support administrative functions related to student engagement

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a course adviser or sales/customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with prospective students
- Ability to meet KPIs and work both independently and within a team
- Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous
