About the role
We operate on a hybrid working model with Offices based in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide for those days you're in the office.
**Your main duties will include**:
Supporting and/or Leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
Providing industrial relations advice on our enterprise agreements and Fair Work legislation.
Supporting our P&C Business Partners with case management.
About you
You will be passionate about all aspects of Workplace Relations.
Demonstrated experience using MS Excel to conduct audits and analysis of payroll and other employment data.
Strong interpersonal skills with a particular focus on a customer service approach.
Strong organisational skills.
Strong MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Powerpoint).
Ability to build relationships and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
An inquisitive mind.
A self-starting personality.
