**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Regulatory Governance Specialist, you will implement and manage regulatory policies, frameworks, and guidelines and provide advice across the organisation.
You will:
- manage and centralise regulatory policies and procedures across the organisation
- provide advice on appropriate regulatory decision-making practices to ensure compliance with our regulatory and risk strategies
- promote, develop and support appropriate regulatory governance processes
- pro-actively support and assist with the continuous improvement of regulatory governance, including the preparation of new or amended policy documents and programs to drive continuous improvement
- provide timely advice and support to the wider organisation on regulatory governance related matters
- collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding regulatory, operational and corporate governance to ensure consistency, coverage and the elimination of duplication
- support with the calendar of regulatory governance forums, enabling the proper planning and participation of both internal stakeholders and Board sub-committees members
- manage and review the Regulatory Document Register, which includes policies and associated regulatory documents.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in the role of Regulatory Governance Specialist, you will have extensive experience developing policy solutions using an evidence-based approach. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to collaborate across the organisation.
Your background will demonstrate your:
- ability to work with internal stakeholders to create policy solutions through an evidence-based approach
- strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build collaborative and productive relationships at all levels of the organisation
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor written and oral styles to the relevant audience
- well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- ability to provide specialist advice and recommendations in a concise and accessible way
- aptitude for risk-based and data-driven decision making.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Governance, Corporate Governance or demonstrated equivalent experience working in a governance function.
