What you'll do

As our Donor Relationship Manager, you'll cultivate and steward relationships with our major and mid-level donors, moving them along their philanthropic journey with us. You'll conduct face-to-face meetings, develop personalised cultivation strategies, make asks at the right times, lead bequest marketing initiatives, and help supporters become heroes in children's lives.

This is relationship fundraising at its finest - where your interpersonal skills and strategic thinking create lasting partnerships that fund life-changing surgery.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of proven fundraising experience with a strong track record in donor cultivation
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with individual donor solicitation and stewardship
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in collaborative environments
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives
- CFRE certification and experience with mid-level/major donors highly regarded_
