**Duties**:
The role works closely with an organisation's operational managers to in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent and HR Manager, your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Partnering with leaders across the group and assisting with HR matters
- Supporting talent and attraction strategy development and execution
- Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
- Training organisation and career development initiatives;
- Performance management and motivation programs;
- Contributing to current and future projects and people management initiatives
- Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, grievance, complaints, performance management, investigations
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with all key stakeholders
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations

**Skills and Experience**:

- _Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Business or other relevant experience_
- _Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a minimum of two years HR generalist experience in a mining industry_
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient user of MS Excel and other office software programs
- Must have sound administration and organisation skills and ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
- Current unrestricted WA C class licence
- Current national police clearance
