***Your Role**:
As a Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll provide confidential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth operation of headspace Lithgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a not-for-profit organisation focused on youth mental health.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** **Organisational Skills**: Strong time management abilities with a knack for multi-tasking and prioritizing competing demands.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional ability to connect with diverse individuals from various backgrounds.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word) and experienced with database tools and electronic medical records.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong skills in engaging with young people and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- **Commitment to Equity**: Understanding of and commitment to equity and workplace health and safety principles.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Relevant Experience**: Administrative support experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, but not essential.
