**Program Support Officer**:
**Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight**

Join a dynamic, supportive environment and lend your administrative expertise to our team As the Program Support Officer, you will support the daily administrative requirements for headspace Bathurst by providing confidential administrative and reception support. This is a great opportunity to work in an energetic team environment for a not-for-profit health organisation that’s focussed on youth mental health.

***Who we are looking for**

The successful applicant will be someone who meets the following criteria:
**Do you fall into one of the following?**
- Certificate in Business Administration, or similar; or equivalent work experience.
- Certificate in Community Services, or similar; or equivalent work experience.

**Do you have experience in any of the following?**
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Receptionist experience
- Experience in youth services or other Non-For-Profit health services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; and the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail. With the ability to work proficiently and with accuracy.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience or interest, working with young people aged 12-25.
