**Project Officer - Temporary Role (3 months)**

Join a reputable not-for-profit organisation in Hobart CBD dedicated to driving youth and mental health changes in the lives of individuals. This organisation is nationally renowned for the work that it does and the reach it has in the community.

**Your New Role**
As a Project Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating transformative events and assisting the team with administrative support. Collaborate with stakeholders, analyse business requirements, and drive change management to achieve project goals.Operational Leadership: Provide project management, operational leadership, and support on key allocated projects.- Collaboration: Work closely with project leaders within the portfolio, ensuring smooth management and delivery of their projects.- Employee Engagement: Lead, research, and develop aspects of employee engagement and positive workplace culture initiatives.- Event Oversight: Ensure projects align with strategic plans and key priorities.- Performance Reporting: Oversee project and performance reporting to senior management.- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to encourage timely actions and maintain quality standards.

**What You'll need**- WWVP Card- National Police Check- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including report writing.- Relevant Qualifications or Equivalent Experience: Demonstrated expertise in project management, business administration, and senior executive support.- Employee Engagement Knowledge: Understanding of employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and organisational development.- Stakeholder Relationship Development: Proven experience of developing complex stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
