**Key Accountabilities**
- Execute the Health & Wellbeing Strategy to ensure the well-being of all employees.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Health, Safety, Operational, and Corporate stakeholders.
- Serve as the single point of contact for proactive and reactive Health & Wellbeing issues.
- Provide leadership, technical advice, and solutions for Health & Wellbeing-related matters.
- Coach and build capability within operational teams for key Health & Well-being activities.
- Implement and the Endeavour Energy Health & Safety Management System as relevant to your role.
- Contribute to strategic Health & Wellbeing programs, including project team membership and implementation.
- Manage Return to Work processes for both work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses.

**Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Science, or similar field.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, Health Science, or similar.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Health & Safety.

**Skills and Experience**:
Demonstrated experience in a similar professional role, coupled with Allied Health Experience.
