We are seeking an experienced Program Lead/Manager to manage a range of Digital and Web based projects within a portfolio for this well-known and reputable city based organization.

The Program Lead will be responsible for engaging with the stakeholders in the business, putting together the program of work, and setting priorities for the team. In addition to project delivery, you will be responsible for a variety of different projects and people management and providing advice and guidance.

**As such you must demonstrate your expertise in the following**:

- Team people management & leadership skills
- Stakeholder management - being able to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across business and technology and vendor partner
- ** Procurement commercial expertise** (keeping on top of and actioning annual renewals before they become due, RFQs, Tenders end-to-end - including assisting, writing and reviewing procurement docs and being heavily involved in evaluation and contract award)
- ** Programme management experience** - managing resourcing - responsible for team expansion and hiring
- Deliverables - escalation point for team - managing budget
- Excellent communication and team focused skills to add to the culture
