We are looking for dedicated and motivated staff to join our disability employment support mentor team. ANOTHEN Community Care offers NDIS participates unique employment supports to help them navigate the job and employment support environment. As an employment support mentor, you will be offered training in the following areas:

- Neurodiversity affirming
- Unconditional acceptance
- Disability employment support strategies
- Methods of supporting individuals in the workplace

ANOTHEN Community Care is seeking to increase our amazing team of disability employment support mentor, we currently have casual positions in various locations, with our growing referral avenues.

**Selection Criteria**
- Have good written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated understanding/experience working with individuals with disability
- Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a current licence and a reliable car with relevant insurances.
- As an employment support mentor, you must demonstrate an ability to engage with clients and others in the workplace.
- Be motivated to support with researching employment options.
- Must be reliable and committed to individual client rosters.
- Applications will be required to demonstrate an ability to relate to people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
- Experience in the workplace

**Qualifications /Checks**
- Certificate III in disabilities or community services AND/OR other relevant qualifications in an industry (minimum).
- First aid certificate
- NDIS training modules
- NDIS workers screening check
- Rights to work in Australia
- 2 reference checks - (these must be work related checks form a manager or supervisor)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
