Jacobs has an opportunity for an experienced **Civil Drafting Lead** to join the Civil and Aviation team in the Brisbane office working on various projects, predominately in the Transport and Defence Sector. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and drafters, adopting BIM workflows and practices to work collaboratively with other disciplines, taking responsibility for developing drawing and BIM deliverables to agreed quality, time, and budget. You will provide leadership to the Civil and Aviation drafting team assisting with recruitment, workload allocation and mentoring. You will define CAD standards and procedures for projects and manage the teams responsible to produce drawing deliverables. You will be responsible for the management of systems for monitoring and reporting of drafting progress as well as reviewing and checking of drawing deliverables. Working under the direction of the Civil and Aviation Digital Lead you will implement the BIM systems and process to ensure all teams adopt a collaborative approach to the production of information aligning to the objectives of ISO19650. ANZTransport #APMETransport #LI-DG1 **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Experience in a broad range of civil infrastructure projects - Experienced in the setup and management of Common Data Environments including ProjectWise and BIM 360 - Maintain high work standards, minimise errors and attention to detail - Tertiary qualification equivalent to Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. **Jacobs.
