**The opportunity**
We are seeking an People Performance and Welfare Business Partner join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Contribute to continuous improvement within the HR function to achieve HR and FIP Group KPIs.
- Assist in continual improvement of the Operational Management System (OMS).
- Aligning processes to best HR practice, overseeing disciplinary processes, including obtaining authorisation for ending of employment
- Assist in facilitating internal auditing providing assistance to the Human Resources Operations Manager.
- Maintain records of all internal staff files / complaints / Investigations / FWC cases.
- Develop a strong working relationship/partnering with OMs and OSAMs
- Assist in onboarding of new or transferred personnel

**What you will need**
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.

You will also:

- Have a background in HR/ER/P&C
- 3-5 years experience in a relevant role
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have experience managing people
- Be willing to commit to all aspects of the role
