**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking to attract personnel.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with all labour and employment laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction or skilled trades industry.
- Knowledge of construction job roles, certifications, and labour requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and to use initiative.
