Due to internal promotions, we are now seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Supervisor with natural leadership flare to support and mentor our In-Room Dining team.
**What does the role look like?**
Working in one of Adelaide's most exciting hotels as our In-Room Dining Supervisor, you will lead our team to deliver superior, unobtrusive food and beverage experience to our guests whilst ensuring the operations and training are continually improved to enhance our offerings. In-Room Dining at Eos by SkyCity is a 24 hour operation starting with breakfast, all day dining and overnight operations, so the ability to lead a team and ensure success throughout these operations is imperative. You will also:
- Lead, mentor and train the In-Room Dining team to execute seamless guest experience;
- Have extensive knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage menus and promotions in order to provide knowledgeable service including suggestive selling when possible;
- Oversee en-suite dining for special events;
- Conduct daily shift briefings and supervise and delegate tasks;
- Handle all guests queries with urgency and communicate thoroughly to ensure utmost guest satisfaction;
- Conduct monthly stock take of inventory items;
- Monitor guest feedback and communicate this with colleagues to create an understanding guests needs and expectations;
- Monitor quality of food and beverage offerings and its delivery to guest rooms and suites.
**What you will look like?**
Delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to your guests will be your passion, and you will be a naturally energetic and self-motivated leader, possessing suitable experience in a supervisory position and luxury hotel environments previously. Your service-orientated mindset and attention to detail will be second to none, and you will enjoy working in fast-paced environments and prioritising workloads effectively and efficiently. You will have excellent food and beverage knowledge and immaculate grooming and presentation is a must, as well as **f**lexibility to work across our roster. **You will also hold a current and nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
